marka Experience (Anna Nowakowski), based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, provides strategic and emotional brand consultancy — including brand strategy, positioning, identity and experience design. All work is subject to an individual proposal, agreement and project scope.
All content on this website — text, visuals, designs and brand materials — belongs to marka Experience and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of it without our prior written consent. Rights to final project deliverables transfer to the client as set out in the relevant project agreement.
Each project is governed by its own written proposal or contract. Once approved, both sides follow the agreed timeline and deliverables. Final creative assets are handed over after full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments follow the terms set out in each proposal or invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has begun.
